Originating from the Indian state of Tamil Nadu, Thalapakkati Biryani uses a unique blend of spices. Also, unlike the North Indian Biryanis that use basmati rice, this is made with a short-grain seeraga samba rice, which better absorbs flavors. All our Biryanis also come with a Yogurt Raita.
